We will accept the return if the goods are defective
- We will exchange the defective goods if they are returned within 1 year from the date of purchase.
- All returns must be authorized at www.battery.org.uk.
- To apply for an RMA and a return, please send an email to our customer service department at service@battery.org.uk.
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties on their countries.
- Important: we will not refund any cash. However, we will provide you with a replacement if your return is within 1 year of the purchase date.
If the product has no quality problems, we will accept the return according to the following conditions
- NON-defective goods should be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
