How do I check my order status?
We usually start your order the same day and immediately check the inventory in our warehouse. During the process of order dealing, it might take a few business days to send you the tracking number after shipping. Due to the high inventory consumption, emergency supplement of some products will be completed within our plan to work overtime. Please feel assured to wait! If we received your order over the weekend, we will process your order on Monday.
My product is defective and I need to get a return or a replacement. What should I do?

Pack the returned product according to the instructions and send it back to us.
